Nine factors lead to lubrication bearing failure
Failure is not terrible, terrible is not aware of the cause of the fault, resulting in a repeat of the fault. For lubrication bearings, we have nine common faults, what are the reasons? Here I explain in detail about nine factors leading to lubrication bearings failure.
1, self lubricating bearing high temperature: institutional operation, installation of self lubricating bearing parts allows a certain temperature, when the hand touching the body, should not feel hot to normal, and that high temperature self-lubricating bearings.
Since the reason of high temperature lubricating bearings: lubricating oil quality does not meet the requirements or deterioration, the oil viscosity is too high; tight assembly (insufficient clearance); self assembly of tight lubricated bearings; self lubricating bearing seat to rotate on the shaft or shell; overload; self lubricating bearing cage or roller fragmentation.
2, self-lubricating bearing noise: rolling bearings in the work permit a slight noise, if the noise is too large or abnormal noise or impact sound, it shows that the self lubrication bearings failure. Rolling self lubrication bearings cause noise: relatively complex, 1) self lubrication bearings, inner and outer ring matching surface wear. As a result of this kind of wear, the relation between the self-lubricating bearing and the shell, the self-lubricating bearing and the shaft is destroyed, which leads to the deviation of the axis from the correct position and the abnormal sound produced by the shaft at high speed. When the self-lubricating bearing is tired, the surface of the metal is peeled off, and the radial clearance of the self-lubricating bearing is increased to produce abnormal sound. 2) self lubrication bearings lack lubrication, forming dry friction, and self lubrication, bearing, crushing, etc., can produce abnormal sound. 3) self lubrication bearings wear loose, the cage loose damage, but also will produce abnormal sound, self-lubricating bearing damage. When rolling self lubrication bearing is disassembled, the fault and damage reason of self-lubricating bearing can be judged according to the damage of self-lubricating bearing.
3, the surface of the raceway metal spalling: self lubrication roller bearings and the inner and outer raceway surface are subjected to cyclical fluctuations in the load, resulting in periodic changes in contact stress. When the number of stress cycles reaches a certain value, fatigue spalling occurs on the rolling or inner and outer raceway working surfaces. If the self lubrication, bearing excessive load, will make this fatigue intensified. In addition, self lubrication bearings are not installed, shaft bending, will produce raceway peeling phenomenon. The fatigue spalling of self lubrication bearing raceway will reduce the running accuracy of the shaft and make the vibration and noise of the mechanism.
4, self lubricating bearing burn: self lubricating bearing the raceway and rolling body temper on the burn. The cause of the burn is generally insufficient lubrication, the quality of lubricating oil does not meet the requirements or deterioration, and self lubrication, bearing assembly too tight.
5, plastic deformation: self lubrication roller raceway and roller contact surface of uneven pits, indicating self lubrication bearings plastic deformation. The reason is that the local stress of the working surface is greater than the yield limit of the material under the large static load or impact load, which usually occurs at the low speed self lubrication bearings.
6, self lubricating bearing ring crack causes crack self lubricating bearing ring may be self-lubricating bearing too tight, loose or foreign self lubricating bearing inner ring, including deformation of self-lubricating bearing installation, surface processing of self-lubricating bearing bad.
7, cage broken: the reason is insufficient lubrication, rolling body broken, the seat ring askew.
8. The metal of the cage adheres to the scroll, possibly because the roller is stuck in the cage or under lubricated.
9, seat raceway serious wear: may be inside the seat falls into foreign bodies, insufficient lubrication or lubricating oil grades inappropriate.
